Q: How much does it cost to ship your products?

• Our default priority shipping option is FREE OF COST for all domestic orders! That’s right. Order any design in any quantity shipped to anywhere in the United States and it’s FREE. Other stores promise low prices but forget to mention high shipping and handling fees. At PhillyPhaithful, what you see is what you get--and we'll ship your shirt(s) for free.
• If you desire rush shipping, please contact us at info@phillyphaithful.com for details BEFORE purchasing your apparel and we will be happy to accommodate your needs
• For all International orders, your shipping cost will be determined by weight.

Q: When should I expect to receive my order?

• Shipping time depends on location, but we pride ourselves on a fast and timely turnaround. Most orders ship within 24 hours and the overwhelming majority of our orders should arrive no later than 4-5 days of purchase, with most arriving sooner than that. International orders should expect a timeframe of 6-10 days.

Q: Can I track my shipment?

• Yes. You can use the Track & Confirm tool on the USPS website. Simply enter your label/receipt number, and click the “Go” button.

Q: Where’s my shirt? I’m getting antsy. ?

• If your shirt has not arrived within 7 business days, we sincerely apologize for the delay! To track an item, you can use the Track & Confirm tool on the USPS website. Simply enter your label/receipt number, and click the “Go” button.
• If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us at info@phillyphaithful.com or call us at 1-888-4PHAITH and we’ll be happy to try to get things straightened out!

Q: If I choose to expedite my order, when will I receive my shirt(s)?

• In most cases, orders take up to one business day to process before shipping. If we receive your order before 4pm EST Monday-Saturday, it will generally ship the same day and arrive with overnight shipping through Express Mail. If it ships next day, then you should receive your apparel the following morning.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What’s your return/exchange policy?

• We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on all our products
• Return policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you may return any item for a refund provided it is unused and in the same condition that we sent it to you. We must receive any returned item within 30 days of purchase and you must include your order number or print your invoice in order to be entitled for a refund. Please send all returns to PhillyPhaithful.com Returns/225 Nippon St/Philadelphia, PA 19119.
• Exchange policy: If you ordered or received the wrong size product, we will gladly exchange your item for that of the correct size, provided it is unused and in the same condition as the time that we sent it to you. We must receive any returned item within 30 days of purchase and you must include your order number or print your invoice in order to be entitled for an exchange. Please send all exchanges to PhillyPhaithful.com Returns/225 Nippon St/Philadelphia, PA 19119. If your exchange is due to an error on our side, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us. In all other circumstances, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
• We apologize, but please note that any items purchased in our clearance section can not be returned.

 

SIZING & INFORMATION

Q: Tell me more about your shirts

• We print all of our original designs on American Apparel blanks. The majority of our shirts are the ultra soft and durable 50/50 Polyester-Cotton blend. The shirt feels like you’ve owned it for years the moment you’ve put it on!
• American Apparel makes the highest quality shirts on the market today and they’re popular for a reason. The blended tees are finer than traditional cotton-combed yarn and possess a wonderful, worn-in feel. Once you’ve tried these shirts, you’ll never go back to heavyweight 100% cotton tees again!
• WE DO PLUS SIZES! If you need a size (up to 2XL) in any design and we don't have it listed, just send us an email to info@phillyphaithful.com and we can get it for you.
• All of our shirts are screen printed in advance and held in inventory, allowing us faster turnaround and high-quality products that you won’t find through other print-on-demand apparel stores online.

Q: I love your designs! Who’s responsible for your artwork?

• All the original artwork that appears on our apparel is created by our highly skilled graphic design department, led by Kyle Kebert (Kyle@phillyphaithful.com). See the “About Us” section for more about his graphic design background. Each shirt concept is a collaborative effort by our team here at PhillyPhaithful and we take pride in creating apparel that accurately reflects the unique sports culture here in Philadelphia. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the designs on any of our products, feel free to contact us and let us know what’s on your mind!

Q: I have a great idea for a new shirt! How can I get it printed?

• We know that our customers are tapped into the sports culture in this city and will often have ideas for a stellar design, but PLEASE don't send us artwork without first contacting us. We have many design concepts in production and we don't want you to think we've taken your idea and made it our own.
• We currently don't customize shirts on an individual basis, but if you have interest in a larger custom order, please contact us at info@phillyphaithful.com for further information

Q: Washing Instructions

• All of our shirts are preshrunk, so don’t expect anything more than minimal shrinkage. It’s worth keeping in mind that American Apparel tees are often cut to run on the smaller side, so if you are concerned about size, order a size larger.
• Machine wash warm and dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Do not iron!
• For best results, wash tees inside out to maintain that brand new look and feel

• Women’s Sizing
  Though all of our tees are marketed by American Apparel as unisex we believe that female sports fans deserve shirts that are made for women. Tired of shirts that fit like a nightgown? We've got you covered ladies.
• Children’s Sizing
  As of right now, we only offer our shirts in adult sizes, though we plan expanding our product line to include children’s apparel shortly. If you are interested in more information on children’s products, please contact us at info@phillyphaithful.com.

 

ORDERING

• We take the majority of orders through our website. Our store uses a secure credit card processing system that doesn’t store the credit cards numbers of our customers, so you can purchase in total confidence.
• However, if you’d prefer to order offline, we’re more than happy to accommodate you. We can take your orders over the phone at 1-888-4PHAITH, or, you can fill out our mail order form at checkout with all the pertinent information and send to PhillyPhaithful.com/225 Nippon Street/Philadelphia, PA 19119.
• Having problems with your order? Email us at info@phillyphaithful.com and we'll troubleshoot the issue for you to ensure a quick and easy checkout. We also have a LIVE CHAT option on the website with operators ready to solve your problems. Need a quick fix? Most small problems in the shopping cart can be solved when you switch to a different browser and attempt to checkout.
• You can also purchase PhillyPhaithful tees in person at Stellar Tickets in Suburban Station, downstairs across from Au Bon Pain or at our booth at the Piazza at Schmidt's in Northern Liberties every weekend starting in April.

SALES TAX

• No thanks. We don’t really get down with sales tax and thankfully, the State of Pennsylvania is on the same page. We’d recommend you use your savings on a Wiz Wit from Talk of the Town, but it’s up to you.
